Biography
Ms. Anderson focuses her practice in defense litigation with a concentration on Tort Claims Act defense, FELA, automotive accidents, premises liability, railroad accidents, civil rights, wrongful death, property damage, and professional malpractice claims. Her clients include municipalities, governmental entities, railroads, school boards, large and small business owners, and their insurers. Ms. Anderson is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including trial and appellate practice.
Prior to founding Anderson Law Office, Ms. Anderson was a partner at a regional New Jersey law firm, a Deputy Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronny J. Siegal, J.S.C., Chancery Division, Family Part.
Ms. Anderson was named as a New Jersey Rising Star for Civil Litigation in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016, as listed in the New Jersey Super Lawyers® magazine.
