Samuel K. Weathers

Mr. Weathers is an Associate at Anderson Law Office, LLC, where he focuses his practice on public entity defense and general civil litigation.

Before joining Anderson Law Office, LLC, Mr. Weathers practiced workers’ compensation defense for manufacturers, retailers, restaurateurs, transportation companies, and healthcare institutions. He is experienced in working with clients, insurers, and experts to achieve favorable legal results.

Mr. Weathers graduated with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Law Review and member of the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Team. He participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. He worked as a legal intern with Falvey Insurance Group in recoveries, subrogation, and coverage matters. He graduated with honors in History from Gettysburg College.
